Our client is involved in large projects in the construction and engineering sector. They require a Bid Coordinator to assist their team by providing process support in bid coordination and production.
Your main responsibility will be assisting the Senior Proposal Staff in the management and co-ordination of all necessary bid tasks to ensure submission documentation is completed on time and to the highest standard.
This will involve:
- Tracking all deliverables
- Organising, capturing and distributing outcomes of workshops, including strategy development, Bid Launches and reviews, presentation preparation, and debriefs
- Assisting Proposal Coaches with the compilation of submissions, and in particular standard centrally sourced content
- Proofing, formatting and final editing of bids and submission
- Interviewing key personnel and preparing bid CVs, coordinating photographs for CVs
- In consultation with production team, preparing template designs and managing distribution to the Bid Team.
- Coordinating all bid team administrative and logistics requirements
- Managing collation of the final bid submission
Essential
- A Degree in either Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Desirable
- Have a good working knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
