Our client is involved in large projects in the construction and engineering sector. They require a Bid Coordinator to assist their team by providing process support in bid coordination and production.

Your main responsibility will be assisting the Senior Proposal Staff in the management and co-ordination of all necessary bid tasks to ensure submission documentation is completed on time and to the highest standard.

This will involve:

  • Tracking all deliverables
  • Organising, capturing and distributing outcomes of workshops, including strategy development, Bid Launches and reviews, presentation preparation, and debriefs
  • Assisting Proposal Coaches with the compilation of submissions, and in particular standard centrally sourced content
  • Proofing, formatting and final editing of bids and submission
  • Interviewing key personnel and preparing bid CVs, coordinating photographs for CVs
  • In consultation with production team, preparing template designs and managing distribution to the Bid Team.
  • Coordinating all bid team administrative and logistics requirements
  • Managing collation of the final bid submission

Essential

  • A Degree in either Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills

 

Desirable

  • Have a good working knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
