This client is looking for a trainer who can work imaginatively and creatively find solutions to whatever training needs arise. Someone who can build networks within the organization to proactively assess development needs and then offer workable, cost effective solutions.

You will need to have:

Tertiary qualifications in communication, business or human resources
Experience in financial services, ideally more than five years
Broad experience in all aspects of analyzing needs, designing and delivering training in a commercial environment
