Instructional Design Consultant MC2704

This leading learning and development organisation operates in a corporate training environment and now needs your proven instructional design skills to assist with scoping and developing new programs. Currently offering a range of business and technical programs to more than 6000 staff, they are looking to add additional programs to their current offering.

You will be responsible for scoping, project managing and developing content for new programs. You will also assist with developing client proposals and tender documentation for emerging learning and development opportunities.

In addition, there will be a considerable amount of client facing communications, giving you the chance to utilise your excellent client relationship management skills. 

This role would ideally suit a senior instructional designer who has experience in the development of technical or business focused corporate education programs.

Selection Criteria

  • More than five years instructional design experience developing technical learning programs (think construction, engineering, project management or defence)
  • Proven project management skills and experience in designing, developing and implementing learning programs
  • Background in corporate learning and development environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in adult education or learning and development
  • Experience in developing bid responses and proposals to learning and development opportunities
  • Demonstrated continuing professional development and memberships (desirable)
