$60-$70 per hr pkg
Can work partly from home

You will be responsible for enhancing and developing the full suite of training materials (learner guides, facilitator guides, role plays, etc) for induction and skills-based training for new hires with lending responsibilities.

To be successful you will need

instructional design training and experience
an aptitude for working with a remote team
excellent communication skills
ability to work independently and creatively

Previous experience with loan products would be an advantage.
