Document and records administrator LR2499

Assisting in administering and maintaining the document management system, WorkSite, including:

  • adding new users
  • periodically delete files and folders (marked for deletion by users)
  • unlock documents
  • create or change security groups and set permissions
  • add, change or delete metadata values

Performing Worksite training for new starters

  • Providing reports and metrics to key stakeholders on WorkSite support
  • Helping ensure the appropriate records management policies are applied to document deletion and retention in WorkSite
  • Helping administer the offsite records storage account and processes.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and enhance operational processes in the EDRMS space.
  • Supporting the IIS leadership team where appropriate
  • Sharing ideas, knowledge and issues, and work towards successful outcomes.

Essentials

  • Degree or graduate diploma
  • Experience or training in EDRMS, Knowledge Management and Document and Records Management best practice
  • Experience in the practical application of Document Management (operational support)
  • Experience providing reporting and metrics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of customer service and team focus
  • High level of people and communication skills

 

Preferred

  • Financial services experience preferable but not mandatory

Tools

WorkSite, preferred but not essential
Some or all of the following:

  • Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Online systems and EDRMS systems
