This dynamic financial services company has emerged as an industry leader because of their innovative approach to business. They practice a professional and can do approach which makes use of people's strengths but also encourages their staff to be innovative and autonomous.

Due to their ongoing expansion, they seek a Proposals Manager in their Capital division, managing the bid process and working with deal teams. The Proposals Manager will:

analyse and interpret the tender requirements, qualifying opportunities
refine strategy, develop visual concepts and key messages
understand the clients' needs and what's the most effective pitch
develop a range of documentation including submissions, EOIs, RFPs and bid presentations
manage content from technical and non-technical sources

To be eligible for this role, you will have experience in proposal writing on large scale tenders in finance, professional services or a similar industry. You will have a sound track record crafting and coordinating proposals, tender responses and bid content.

A key requirement is that you will also be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, strong initiative, be a self starter and a keen learner. And your ability to write clearly and succinctly in a business environment will be indicated throughout your resume.

Due to the nature of the bid environment, there a deadlines and key dates that have to be met and you will have the ability to cope with periods of intense activity and manage your time well. You will bring a professional approach to your work and enjoy the challenge of working to set time frames.
